We are Daniele and Barb who are in Costa Rica a country where you can enjoy in peace and tranquility all that nature has to offer. PURA VIDA! ESO!
The Hotel B&B CasaYayaz is a small Hotel/B&B located in one of the most beautiful spots near Grecia in San Isidro of Grecia just 20 minutes from the International Airport Juan Santa Maria and 8 minutes from center of Grecia.
It s close enough to provide guests with a convenient and relaxing stopover as they arrive or depart from Costa Rica.
Our comfortable B&B has orthopedic queen mattresses. All rooms have private showers.(with hot water)
All rooms have fiberoptic WiFi internet
Our rooms provide privacy and relaxation.
You can also stroll through the gardens, looking for flowers, butterflies and birds. We can offer you daily breakfast and the best cup of coffee in town!
We also offer dinners ( limited menus ) with notice for $12 including desserts add beverages and snacks for $6 with drinks, or do the cooking yourself.
We have flexible, personalized packages for visitors staying a week or more.

Rules
Prices
The prices are per room, per night, single or double occupancy in U.S. dollars and each additional person will be $ 20 per night.
Rates include breakfast for overnight guests. Long term stay does not include breakfast .Apartments have their own kitchen.
The total amount of the stay must be paid in case of departure before the scheduled date.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include 13% sales and tax.
We will take your credit card for securing a reservation but appreciate cash to pay the room.
Cancellation Policy
Hotel B&B Casa Yayaz reminds you our cancellation policy, its important you confirm your reservation or cancellation with time.
Cancel booking with 30 days before your arrival: if a deposit is paid ,you will be refunded 50% ..if credit card provided will not charge.
Cancel booking with less than 15 days before to your arrival: if a deposit is paid, it is not entitled to reimbursement, if provided credit card the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
If No show: if a deposit was paid there will not be reimbursement, if provided credit card the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 12:00 to 16:00. For check-ins after 16:00 pm: please contact us in advance.
Check out time is 11:00 noon. Check-out after that time subject to availability.
General Rules:
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed.
It is permissible to enjoy moderate alcohol consumption.
Pets are sometimes allowed. if requested(on leash all times)
Silence is requested after 9 pm Thank you for your courtesy
